Terms of use
These terms apply when you visit oakbridge.club, create a family account or let your child play.

Who runs Oakbridge
Oakbridge is an independent family business operated in England. Formal proprietor and contact details will be added here before the public commercial launch.
Accounts are for grown-ups
Only adults aged 18 or over may create an Oakbridge account. The account holder is responsible for it and for the children they add as players. Children must not create accounts, and players should use a nickname rather than a real name.
You sign in with a code we email to you. Keep access to that email address safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in.
Players and acorns
Each player has their own acorn pot. Acorns are earned in games and can be spent in other games on things inside Oakbridge. Acorns have no money value, can't be bought, sold, swapped or cashed out, and stay within the player they belong to. We may set limits on how many acorns can be earned, correct mistakes, and change what acorns can be spent on.
Fair play
Please don't try to break, overload, copy or interfere with the site or the games, or collect acorns in ways the games don't intend. We may pause or close an account that does.
Availability and changes
Oakbridge is new and growing. We may add, change, replace or retire games, pages and features, and we don't promise the site will always be available or work on every device.
Intellectual property
Oakbridge's original characters, names, illustrations, stories, games, logos, writing and site design are protected by copyright and other rights. Using the site doesn't give you any rights in them beyond playing and enjoying them at home or in class.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the grown-ups' corner. That removes your players and their acorns for good. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Oakbridge is not responsible for indirect loss, or problems outside our reasonable control. Adults remain responsible for supervising children's use of the internet.
Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our privacy notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
